The XF315 is a high-speed compact PLC with 42 embedded I/O points: 16 digital inputs (9 fast), 16 transistor digital outputs (8 fast), 6 current analog inputs and 4 voltage analog inputs — expandable with up to 10 I/O modules on the high-speed local bus. It combines the full communication protocol suite with Docker engine support for edge applications.
The series features 2 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports, an RS-485 serial interface, a CAN port, a USB Host (V2.0), and a microSD card interface, ensuring compatibility with different architectures and allowing integration with existing or expanding applications.
The CPUs undergo a rigorous conformal coating process, which applies a non-conductive protective layer over the printed circuit boards to defend components against corrosion, humidity, sea spray, extreme temperature variations, and chemical substances.
